The Hof
Although, I've now achieved a greater understanding of both cricket and the BBQ, I'm still trying to understand this strange obsession Australians seem to have with the Hof. Yes, I mean the Nightrider driving, Baywatch running, one and only, Mr. David Hasselhoff. These billboards and posters are everywhere in Australia, there are a plethora of them in Melbourne. Why? How? Did this obsession spread from those crazy German's that chose him to sing and be the uniting voice as the Berlin wall came crashing down? He's apparently sold out all ten of his summer concerts here in the land of Oz, huh? I think I'm missing something, maybe I need to watch a Baywatch/Nightrider marathon or something, who's with me?
